Event Space Rental

White Rabbit Studios is your New Small Event space for those wonderful moments to celebrate 

with friends and family. 

Maximum occupancy is 50 people.

White Rabbit Studios offers a 1500 sq.ft.  space with kitchen microwave and fridge  included in

 all rental packages.

White Rabbit Studio includes with all packages (if needed) 4 six foot tables, 30 folding chairs, bluetooth speakers for music from a cell phone or other bluetooth device. 

2 unisex bathrooms and all areas are ADA compliant. 

The main area, which we call the Stage, Lounge and Kitchen, can be rented separately from the two additional rooms which are called Studio A and Studio B.

 Studio A and B can be used as photo rooms for special pictures, additional seating area,

 gift holding room, changing rooms, or whatever your event needs. 

MAIN AREA

 (includes Stage, Lounge and Kitchen) 

3 hours $350. 

 5 hour rental $500 

MAIN AREA Plus 

 Studio A  & Studio  B

$150 additional

Meeting Usage

(includes Lobby and Main Stage)

1-2 hours. $75

 Food: TBD per person (additional cost added to any package) If WRS provides the food through a private person, restaurant or food truck. Menu provided. 

Peek - A - Boo trailer Provided by Lanetta Ashmore - additional cost added to any package.

 White Rabbit Studios will require a 50% deposit due prior to reservation made.

 Anyone renting the studio is in charge of set-up, clean-up (all trash removed and dumped in trash bin) 

 Key deposit of $150 (returned after key is returned) 

If Key is not returned within 48 hours no refund will be given. 

Make sure all lights, and AC/Heat are turned off and the studio is securely locked up. 

Cancellation:

 Full refund of the deposit will be given if cancellation is given 10 days prior to event.

 After 10 days White Rabbit Studios will keep 50% of the initial deposit.

 Reservations:

All reservations can be scheduled on-line or you can call (661) 825-5209 to make your reservation.
